Dear Parent/Guardian:

Cameron County Department of Health and Human Services has allotted Harlingen CISD 700 doses of H1N1 Nasal Flu Mist to administer to HCISD students.  Due to the short notice and limited supplies, our target population is healthy HCISD school age students on a first come, first serve basis.  The Nasal Flu Mist will be administered at the Administration Building, 407 N. 77 Sunshine Strip, Harlingen, Texas, free of charge on November 9, 2009 from 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM, or until the vaccine runs out, whichever comes first.  The nasal flu mist will be administered to healthy students that do not have any respiratory diseases. 


The following is required for registration purposes:

    • HCISD student ID    
      or
    • School attending and date of birth

Note:  Children should not be taken out of class to participate in the vaccine clinic.  No vaccines will be administered prior to 4:30 PM.
